I am trying to setup the VAT Group submission in a UK production environment.
The company has submitted VAT returns on its own for a couple of years but is now part of a VAT group.
The main company to submit the VAT to HMRC is now a different company that needs to be setup as the representative and the original company now has to become a member.
I thought that for the VAT return as a member you mustn't have MTD activated, MTD is only activated on the Representative company
If this is correct, how do I take off MTD from the original company ?
