Good Day and thank you for your interest.

We have a business requirement to change the contact us form button link. Currently it is linked to the 'Profile Lead Form' in the Lead Entity. We want to be able to change this to a different form but within the same lead entity. Not sure where and what the source code template might be. We attempted to inspect the button but was not able to determine the source file. Any help to accomplish would be much appreciated. Regards, Sunny

You can go Portal Management > Basic Form > contact us form to open it.

Then you can change form name:
