Announcements
I have two accounts (A and B) which are competitors in the same market. I want to connect the accounts with each other using a Connection and the Connection Role 'Competitor'.
When I connect A to B using connection role Competitor I see the Role (To) in A, but in B it's empty. How to make a connection bidirectional, such that selecting a role allows you to populate it on both sides. Unfortunately, I cannot use Matchgin Connection Roles with the same Role (e.g. I cannot add Competitor to Competitor as match connection role)
I understand that connections are not always bidiretional (as in Parent and Child), but Competitor definitely is a bidirectional connection.
This works, thank you! I tried to add the Matching Connection Role using the Unified Client Interface, and I could not select the same role as in Competitor.
Thank you.
Hi Kiril,
Have you added matching Connection Role in the ‘Competitor’ connection role, if not, you need add same role under it.
Go Settings > Business Management > Connection Roles.
Find ‘Competitor’ and open it.
You can to add the Matching Connection Role competitor itsel) in the sub grid at the bottom, similar to this:
