Silverlight on CRM 2015

I've upgrade a CRM 2011 installation which had a Silverlight component to upload images for a contact. 

On the CRM 2015 installation the Silverlight web resource just shows a blank area.

Has anyone else come across this?

    I've not seen this issue, but can you provide more information:

    • Is the Silverlight resource directly hosted in a form or chart, or hosted within an html web resource ? If it's the latter, is the html web resource loading ?
    • Are you using a client (same machine, user, browser and version) where this definitely worked with CRM 2011 ?
    • Does the Silverlight resource access the CRM web service, or any other external services or data ? If so, are they still in the same location ?
    • Was this an in-place upgrade, or a switch to a new server ?
