Hi,

Recently we have added a new BU in our CRM 2013. We do have security roles BU wise.

We are getting slowness issues / Performance issues nowadays. So we were looking for a help if someone has faced the same issue or we found a below link on which they are saying that if security roles are different Slowness may depends on Security Roles.

If we change setting of EnableRetrieveMultipleOptimization then it may resolve the issue of performance.

Currently we have found that we are not having EnableRetrieveMultipleOptimization key in our CRM 2013. So is it really necessary to add this?

I think your only option is to try it and see if it improves performance. If possible, define some performance metrics so that you have an objective comparison of performance before and after the change
