Good Day

I am trying to rebuild the data mart and receive this error during configuration of AX Data mart

Unable to log the exception to the database Please create a master key in the database or open the master key in the session before performing this operation.

The 'DecryptData' procedure attempted to return a status of NULL, which is not allowed. A status of 0 will be returned instead. Originating procedure: DecryptData.
Unable to log the exception to the database
Machine: Servername

I know the key and I have run the following command to open:

OPEN MASTER KEY DECRYPTION BY PASSWORD = 'password'

and ran the config process again, only to receive the same message.

Please assist.
