Hi,
When I create an Email activity for a record, an outlook email form opens.
But I want to see a CRM Email form. Why is it happening?
How can I change this setting?

I'm assuming you are sending the email from Outlook and you want the CRM email form to open.
In your options for CRM in Outlook you have an option to select which forms to use, ensure that email has been selected. Then when you create a new email from the Outlook client (clicking on CRM email button) this will open a CRM form as opposed to Outlook form.

I am having issue exactly opposite..
I am seeing an outlook email form when I try to send email from CRMweb client.
I should see a CRM email form when I open in web client right?
