Void Checks not appearing in GL

We have a few checks that were voided last month and they are correctly reflected in AP - but not appearing in GL. We do not have any unposted batches. What could cause this?

I encourage you to open a case with Microsoft on this one. There could be a multitude of causes such as an interruption, 3rd party interference, or could be as simple as someone deleted the batch.

Without having data for the transactions, it would be hard to say exactly why the issue occurred or what needs to be done to fix the issue (for example it might just need to be manually entered in GL, or might have an interrupted GL batch that needs to be recovered\ etc).

Good day,

Did you check the void date and the posting date? How are you checking for it in the GL? You can reprint the journal, you would be able to see what date was used as the transaction date.
