Open Lead Status Issue

I think I have an issue with ,my open lead status. I entered leads in Janaury and beginning of March with open status as 0-2 weeks. To this date it still shows as 0-2 weeks. Does this open status change automatically to 2-4 weeks or 4 weeks plus as time passes by?

    it needs to automated so I can do correct reporting. Just taken over this, as far as I recall it was automated - something must be broken and not sure how to fix or where to look- any recommendations

    One way is try to do a workflow that start at the lead creation and waits 2 weeks to update the leadStatuscode.
    Another way:
    If 0-2 weeks and 2-4 weeks are just the labels to distinct LeadStatusCode , maybe you can automatize the qualification lead process comparing the actual date with createOn Lead record to get the weeks differency count.
