I am having the same issue (if it is related to the top menu bar). Use Alt + Q to bring up the search bar so you can continue to navigate.
Hello,
What release of BC is this? I noticed in US queue a few cases around this topic which will be handled during US time zone. These cases do not tell me if this is SaaS or OnPrem and what release. These questions will be asked to the partner that raised the support ticket as soon as US team comes online later this afternoon. Is this happening after an upgrade.
What happens if you directly logon to a CRONUS company and / or what happens if you assign a different role center to the user if possible?

I just read that this is a known issue caused by Office shell that does not load properly. Mitigation step is to clear history for last 7 days and then it will work. If not, raise a support case.
Hi, the top menu is working today. If your still have problem, please clear your browser cache.

Hi,
For above issue. Remember the steps:
1. Check License in BC D365
2. Clear History form browser
3. Restart the services
4. Check VS code
5. Check Assigned Role center
