Hi All
I added a Custom ribbon button to make record as Dead(lost)
But that button is not displaying in lower environment how ever I can see that button in other 2 environments
Immediate vsokution will be markedvas verified soon

My custom button shows some times sometimes it go off
In ribbon . based on condition . in an entity that button should be visible for particular role
How can I do it
Enable display rule is also added
In another entity it is showing fine
But in this entity its not

I would suggest you to go through basic ribbon workbench tutorial.

Do you use CRM Onpremise or Online version?
I have published after some changed in Ribbon workbench
Will it affect all the instance or only published instance ??
