There is an hotfix error KB2390372 while installing ax 2012 in windows 8 os . but i installed the same ax 2012 through windows 7 os it installed successfully but the same was not working in i3 windows 8 os but i installed in i5 processor it runs successfully so i need the solution for my microsoft hotfix error . please help me to solve the problem dudes . one thing i can download the link file but cant able to install because some condition in my computer is blocking KB2390372

strange, are it AX client machines, AOS or combined installations?

what info tells the windows event log?

normally a log file is created during installation, does it tell you something?

Thanks for the reply .but the problem is coming during the prerequisites configuration . AX suggest the link and i download the KB2390372 .net framework but during the installation process KB2390372 was blocked by another condition in your computer these was the log was coming during the process dude

Hi, I run into the same error on new installed WINDOWS 2012 servers. I need to install the AX2012 RTM (+CU2) components but I can't get past the prerequisites checker as it requires KB2390372 to be installed , which is not possible. Did you find a solution. ( I found the prerequisites checker for Ax 2012 R2 does not have this prerequisite requirement, but I am in the preparation of an upgrade, and first need to install the AX2012 RTM version on this WIN2012 server )
