Performance and Load Balancing on Business Central

Hello experts,

I have some queries on Business Central Cloud.

  1. How to handle performance? (Suppose we have 100 users so In NAV we have created 3 NAV Services and shared the URLS to users like)
    1. ServerName:7046/DynamicsNAV1       for 35 users
    2. ServerName:7146/DynamicsNAV2       for 35 users
    3. ServerName:7246/DynamicsNAV3       for 30 users
  2. As we do not have access the Business central database, so can we ask to microsoft for cloud databse?

I have some more queries that i will post later.

    In the SaaS environment, scaling is handled by the platform itself and you don't have to worry about that (it's Microsoft's responsibility). The SaaS environment is based on elastic pools and it scales accordingly to the load.
