Hi,

My requirement is to create campaigns in CRM and send those campaign details to Sendgrid, so that I can keep a track of unsubscribes and all the events like open, bounce etc in CRM.

Also is there a way I can create unsubscribe for select category emails?

Hi,

I don't think you'll find any samples. Most people will use Clickdimensions for a requirement like that, or another email marketing tool that integrates with CRM.

This should be your starting point
