Hi All,
We have noticed a few instances of emails being linked to the incorrect contact in CRM 2013 recently.
I have visible tracking tokens turned off in the CRM as we did not like them appearing in emails. However, I came across a couple of people discussing that this could be the cause on the forum. Here: http://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/117037
Could this be in issue we are experiencing?
We are not heavy users of the CRM and if this is a possibility I would like to increase the numbers associated with emails.
Can someone give me their expert advice on whether this is worth trying and how to successfully carry out the steps?
If you believe that this is not the solution, I would welcome any other suggestions on what I may check to see what the cause is. I have checked duplicate email addresses but these all checked back fine.
