Dear Community,
I have following question about lead scoring and in particular lead scoring based on the entity "Form visited".
The use case: we would like to score whether a lead has visited a certain page. Unfortunately, there are currently problems with the tracking script (and thus with the integration of the entity "Website visit") in connection with the GTM Tag Manager. Therefore we are wondering if it is not possible to track the visit of a specific page in a different way.
Our idea: on the example www.loremipsum.de/salescontact the form "salescontact" is embedded. Now we want to track via the entity "form visited" that the form, i.e. this page, was visited.
The current status: nothing is tracked as long as no form is submitted.
The question: have we misunderstood the entity "Form visited"? Does it need to be submitted or can the error be somewhere else?
Thanks a lot for your ideas!
Hi Diana Schindler ,
Hope you are having a great day...
I can suggest two ways to achieve your goal
1. Redirect Link
First setup a re-direct link for your page that you would like to track visit's on
If you wish to see the insights for clicks on the redirect link you can do that as well
Now setup a lead scoring model to give points to leads with clicks on redirect links, please refer the Image below
This is how you can score every lead for a particular page visit, setup other configurations as required...
2. Website visit
Setup your marketing website
Now create a lead scoring model for particular page visit, refer the image below
Now add two more expressions to the same model
1. As Image attached
2. As Image attached
This should score leads for a particular page visit (define the URL in expression 2 as shared on the Image attached above)
If you wish to gather leads into a segment you can setup-dynamics segment as shared below
Hope all the Screen shots might help you re-solve the issue.
If this helps, can I please request you to mark this as suggested answer to help other as well?
Thanks & Regards,
Hari
