How can product bundles be synchronized from Dynamics Sales to Business Central? Is there a good workaround?

First, as far as I know, there is no functionality for product bundles in Business Central. You can use Assembly Management that covers this functionality. But this cannot be synchronized with Sales.More details about Assembly Management: https://yzhums.com/4491/
It can be customized if you want, but it's pretty responsible.
