Unable to see documents in document associated grid, however, I can see them in the SharePoint Site.

Within Document Associated Grid, the folders appear as they do in SharePoint. However, when I click into those folders I receive the following message: "No documents found at this location".

Within SharePoint, my account is able to see the 3 files that should be in that location.

Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.

The documents appear when I click "All Files" under Document Location

Surely it's really late, this post was 2 years ago, however I was having exactly this same problem after few changes made on a test lab when testing

Somehow I managed to loose the grid even with the Document Location Activated

Opened PowerApps https://make.powerapps.com/ selected my environment, solution, for me the table (identity) was "Case" and checked the grid which was no set correctly, dunno how I managed to change it

Highlighted in yellow my options, specially Table "Documents (Regarding)"

After Saving and Publishing my changes got the grid back

There was an error here that I cleared. Now that view shows all files without any SharePoint folder structure.

Could you check one that shows nothing, maybe there is a filter.

Go to your solution or customizations and find there SharePoint Document entity

    And check filters

    Hi,

Could you attach screenshots with messages "Document on..." and "No documents found at this location"

    Hello Andrey,

When I go to Document Location and click all files I can see it. Additionally, the file paths look correct.

With that said, the "Document on..." location is having the issue then? How would I go about correcting that?

    Hi,

First of all check Document Locactions list, to be sure that everything is where you expected.
