We've been having an issue where a number of people's CRM addin for outlook is disabling. It seems to occur most when the PC's go into sleep mode/hibernation mode and then go onto a different network, or something causes outlook to crash unexpectedly.
We've been continuously fixing it by re-enabling the addin via CRM Diagnostics tool, and we've updated most people to the latest version of the addin. I'm also going to be trying the load behavior registry update on a couple of people.
What I'd like to know is what is the root cause of this issue, and how can we mitigate said issues. Though this issue can be fixed per event, it's beginning to really frustrate our users and we're unsure as to what could be causing this.
Addin: CRM for Outlook 2016
OS: Windows 7 and Windows 10 (predominantly happening on Windows 10)
Any thoughts and/or experiences?
