So in other words you want some developer for free develop this functionality? I'm afraid that this would not work. I see 2 ways for you:
1. Learn C# and develop application using SDK for CRM.
2. Hire developer at https://www.upwork.com/
Unfortunately there is no simple, supported 'plug-in' import script. As Andreii suggested, you could learn to develop CRM plugins (which has its advantages but is not on everybody's bucket-list).
I realise that you were looking for a more automated approach, but here is what I have done in the past when forced to do manual uploads of related data.
1) Ensure that you have duplicate detection on Contacts to prevent duplication.
2) Import the contact fields (only) from your phone call list. With duplicate detection on, CRM will create only new contacts.
3) Import your phone call list again, this time creating phone call records. All of the contacts/leads will therefore already be in CRM and you should not see any errors caused by unknown contacts.
