GP2018 Payables Transaction Inquiry by Document Hangs GP

Hi Everyone,

I am seeing very slow load times when opening the Payables Inquiry by Document window. Similar to https://community.dynamics.com/gp/f/32/t/277512

I applied the Jan and June hotfixes, where the Jan hotfix specifically calls out this issue but no luck. The screen takes 8-10 minutes where it hangs GP and then opens after a few errors. This obviously works fine in the older version of GP. Specifically, this is the SQL that is taking time -
