I’m working on plug-ins,
I need to create a record on marketing list record on change of field Event submit and associate with that to campaign.
I have a user lookup on the campaign entity I need to share the record with him and to provide all the privileges to the user except delete and will send an Email notification to that User record is created.
How to do this,

you can send a Mail via Workflow.

Hi Rahul,
You can write a plugin on change of Event submit(Hopefully a field). But not clear which record you want to create. you can even share the record with the user in associated campaign.
