Common Data Services Button flow not visible in CRM

I created a Power Automate flow using the Common Data Services button to trigger sending a survey to a selected record in a custom table in CDS.  The table is available in CRM but I can not see a way to trigger the flow when I select the record in a view.  The flow is turned on.  The flow is designed to send a survey from a Customer Voice project.
