ReportReport

Hello,

I am trying to get a report that would tell me how many vouchers I have sold in a period of time and if they have been redeemed or not but I can't seem to find the right filters. Can you help?

Hi!  What version of RMS are you using?  I'm on 2.02 and there are some standard reports in RMS Manager that show this type of information. Have you asked your Dynamics RMS Partner for assistance or reviewed the instructions in the RMS Users Guide or Help Screen?

Hi Kevin, thank you for your answer.

I am using version 2.0.0128. The only standard reports I can see are 'Vouchers Summary' and 'Vouchers detailed' but they don't show if the vouchers have been redeemed or the value they have/had.

Hi!  I must have some custom reports in my version of RMS then.  Might be easiest to contact your Dynamics RMS Partner for some assistance via a custom report and/or training - shouldn't cost more than $125 to $250.

    RE: Voucher Status Report

Store Operations Manager > Reports > Miscellaneous > Voucher (Detailed) Report.
Click OK to view vouchers that currently have a balance on file.
Remove the Balance filter and click OK to view all vouchers issued in past with indication of original value and amounts redeemed against that to date.

To view number of vouchers sold run Reports, Sales, Detailed Sales, define a date range filter, add voucher item lookup code as a filter, OK to run report.

There isn't a single report to show both count and activity but if your vouchers have a default expiration date the voucher summary report supports filtering by that date.
You could manually count vouchers issued within the corresponding expiration date range. For example, if voucher expiration is 365 days enter an expiration date range one year from date period you want to track.
