Contract Product line does not set over unit from Dataverse to Finance & Operations (dual-write)

Hello all,

Running into an issue where we have a sales agreement line job which sets over sales agreement lines from Dataverse to Finance & Operations. The job is running fine and data is set over, however, we are missing unit data.

In our mapping we've mapped the UNITSYMBOL (F&O) field with uomid.msdyn_symbol (CE) which should be the unique identifier for the unit. However, for the units linked to our products, the unit symbol is empty for the associated units. So then I tried putting in the unit symbol, but it says the data already exists. The uomid.msdyn_symbol field is the only option we have for the unit within this job.

so for example in prt screen below. I go to the product used in the contract line, I go to the unit, I navigate to symbol and see it is empty. I try to put in the "kg" value as this is what needs to be set over to F&O, but when I try to save it says a record with the symbol value already exists.

However, everywhere I look I do not see any additional units that have this symbol. I only see the unit groups with associated units and on these units the symbol is empty. So I am kind of stuck here how to put over our unit data.

Is there anyone familiar with this or understands the issue well enough to provide support?
