Is there a non-code way to update/set (on Create) the address fields of a quote, with the address fields from an unrelated entity? In this case, the OOB Address Entity. Addresses are related to the Accounts (from where the Quote is being generated) but obviously we cannot get addresses using a Quote workflow as they are not related. There will be a condition that if the related account address is of a certain type, then the quote will update its address fields using that address, otherwise it will update as it does using the OOB 1:N mapping.

Is this something that is complex to build? Would you use C#?

Sadly you will need to use a plugin or custom workflow activity as there is no way to check if the address exists within the standard out of the box functionality.

If you are online, I believe it would be possible to perform this requirement using a Flow (as you can perform searches within a flow to find appropriate records) but if you are on-premise you will need some custom code....
