Account Mapping/Planning Plug In

Is anyone aware of a Plug-in for D365 CE that will allow for Key Account Planning, Mapping, actions lists, etc? Seem's crazy that Customer Relationship Management software doesn't have a enterprise mapping/targeting capabilities OOTB. Hoping to map out multinational accounts, with many different divisions/locations (e.g. J&J, Bosch, General Motors) and have the ability to plan/prioritize activities activities and communicate the plan in a uniform across different sectors, regions, BUs.

You can always check out the Business Apps – Microsoft AppSource area for any pre-packaged solutions offered by various providers.

Of course, one of the primary benefits of Dynamics CRM is that it gives you a framework to build and define whatever your business needs, rather than have to change your business to match what the application thinks you should do. To your requested items above:

Out of Box Account fields allow for creating parent/child hierarchal relationships and territory management (either geographical or with any other criteria you want to define)

Configure forecasts in your organization | Microsoft Learn

Create series of actions for a seller to follow (Manage conditional workflows with sequences | Microsoft Learn)

Mapping of locations can be turned on in environment settings, with maps added to forms and system views as desired

Business units can be created, with detailed security and automations related to each if desired (Create or edit business units - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn)
