I have a user who doesn't have a first name.
I know Dynamics puts a # when either the first name or last name is missing.
The user name displays as "# name" which is a little irksome to the user.
Are there any work arounds so the users name simply display as "name" ?
I thought about putting a dot, dash or space in the first name field as that may me a little less visible.

any chance this user has a two words name so they can be split inside the standard firstname/lastname?
if not there is a specific letter or character the user may prefer?
Usually this kind of problems surfaces inside Office 365 before Dynamics, as the user management (regarding naming) is done there, if is fixed there the sync should take care of the changes.
