Current Work is locked

I am having this error I have a user that has to do the pick wark but in the put, I click cancel and now the work is stock I cannot cancel it or complete it   from the mobile or the ax 

I tray to use another user but it is giving me this error Current Work is locked  if anyone knows how to complete the proses

    Hello Abdulaziz,

    May you please try the below:

    • Ask the initial user who started this work to open it once again from the mobile app and consider competing or cancel this work.
    • Try to complete the work from the AX client. Open the work and in the top left corner, you should find an option called Complete work.
