Extender form import only importing the first 10 records

I have created an Extender form and an import to populate the form with data. For some reason, it only uploads the first 10 recored, no matter what I do. I tried using Excel, CSV, tab delimited, all different kinds of field formats but nothing works. I am importing the key values as well but it only reads the first 9, then the 0 of the tenth record and that it is. The strange thing is that it actually shows on the import that it imported all 68 records but when you then go back and open the form, only the first 10 records are shown, with the 10th record as the first since the key is now 0. I also know that the import file is good since I can see the values in the proper columns before it starts uploading the data. I also selected the header record so it is not the problem. IT is a very simple form with just short strings so I don't understand what the problem can be.

Any other suggestions?
