Purchase Requisition closed but Accounting Distribution stuck as IN PROCESS. PO not confirming

Hi Guys, i have an issue where a user has created a consolidated PO from multiple PR. Two of these PR somehow have their Accounting Distribution status in /IN PROCESS/ state. The other are in /COMPLETED/ state. Due to this the PO cannot be confirmed as it states that the Source document status is not processed yet.

Any idea how to resolve?

Hi,

You can try to set the Purchase Order Distribution Reset function, Common errors that this feature might resolve include:

1.Changes to purchase order %1 are only allowed in draft state when change management is active.

2.Changes to the document are only allowed in draft state because change management is activated.

3.One or more accounting distributions is either over-distributed or under-distributed.

4.This action can only be completed after the line number %1 is fully distributed.

5.Object reference not set, for purchase order confirmation, or exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation, for vendor invoice posting.
