Member Creation Error

Hi,
 
We currently have NAV 2018 on-premise while migrating to D365 and Navision 2018 users have recently been encountering the below error. The error has now popped up on a second user and I would like to resolve it ASAP before it hits the other 80 users.  Take note that the user is unable to create the member account once the error pops up.

    Member Creation Error
    Hi, I have never seen this error in NAV before. I suggest you debug it. It may be a customization issue.
    In addition, there is the following situation in FO. If this is not a NAV issue, it is recommended to submit it to the FO forum.
