Dynamics 365 Unified Interface Marketing Lists- Members Tab- Members Subgrid View Error when list type is Dynamic

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem when clicking on the Members tab in the Marketing List Form, the view gives the following error: "The view is not available. Contact your system administrator." on the Members subgrid. This happens only when the ListType is Dynamic. Again If the List Type is Static, error is not shown.

This is how the error shows(Note: error is shown only when ListType is Dynamic)

I'm clueless solving this issue. Kindly help.

Thank you in advance,

    Hello GiridharRaju.

    Hope you are doing well.

    This is something that we have came across before.

    On the Marketing Lists Entity, you need to have 9 subgrids depending on the target (Contacts, Accounts or Leads).

    • 3 for Contacts
      • 1 Sub-grid - Legacy (old UI);
      • Sub-grid -  UCI for static Marketing Lists .
      • 1 Sub-grid - UCI for dynamics Marketing Lists.
    • 3 for Accounts
      • 1 Sub-grid - Legacy (old UI);
      • Sub-grid -  UCI for static Marketing Lists.
      • 1 Sub-grid - UCI for dynamics Marketing Lists.
    • 3 for Leads
      • 1 Sub-grid - Legacy (old UI);
      • Sub-grid -  UCI for static Marketing Lists.
      • 1 Sub-grid - UCI for dynamics Marketing Lists.

    This is the correct logic, if something is not aligned, this will not work.

    I do believe you are missing some components on the subgrids, and this is honestly something that could be related to each and one of these so needs further analyzing. If that makes sense.

    The best approach here would be to open a service request so we could take a look at this. Each scenario is different but this is normally very simple to fix over a call.

    If you have any other questions, let me know.

    Thanks.
