Workflow not showing all fields

Hi,

I have a problem that when i want to create a workflow fo specific entity (Account) and certain field 

i cant find it, and noticed that standards fields like website, fax are not shown.

I tried with internet explorer and Firefox, the same happens.

    Hello Davor Sed,

    Go to settings > Customization > Customize the System > Entities > Account > forms > open the Default Account form and add the custom field there. Then it will show up in the workflow form for that entity.

    I have done that, the field website for example is from start on that form

    Do you find your custom fields (and Website field)  when you open the Main Account form designer?

    Yes i can see them, they are visible in all places but not in workflow editor

    I don't know why this happens, but if i remove a field from main form i see it in additional fields section. But after that, if i add the field on the form I am not going to see it in workflow editor

    You got this issue on all entities or only on one entity?

    For now, only on Acc entitie.

    In summary section in workflow editor I don't see any field only sub-grids.

    Davor,

    When you remove the fields from form it will be in the additional fields.

    Have you try using CTRL+F and really cannot find it?

    It can be caused by your display name, maybe you rename label in the Form that showing differently from the original display name.
