Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Microsoft Office Outlook - "Mscrm" is undefined

We're using:

  • Microsoft Outlook für Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2207 Build 16.0.15427.20248) 64 Bit
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Version 1612 (9.0.18.12) lokal
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Microsoft Office Outlook with offline access

And we get an error '"Mscrm" is undefined':

The error occurs for example if we click 'About Microsoft Dynamics 365':
