Hi Hussein,
This is not a common error. The error is raised when during an update it can't find a specific record. So, it is most likely related to data. The error is raised in the method InventMovement::updateAutoPhysical. It tries to find a record using the method InventTransOrigin::findMarkingRefInventTransOrigin.
I would suggest using the debugger to find what exactly might be missing where the select statement is not retrieving a record.
