Survey Responses Not being saved in Dataverse

I have several surveys that I can fully access the results to - both because I have been explicitly shared access and because I am an admin. I have a power automate flow that is and has been working to alert the team when a survey comes in.

I've been working to upgrade the alert to display the results in the email, rather than just give a link - and that's where the problem comes in.

I'm able to access the results through Customer Voice, and I'm able to see the results JSON through Power Automate (screenshot below). But when I try to access that data in the Dataverse, it doesn't exist. In fact, the last rows created in the Dataverse are from last June. I am at a complete loss as to what is going on here.

**EDIT** Even weirder, if I access the data table through Excel, I can see it.

How weird and frustrating! This seems like an obvious question, but are you looking for the data in the proper environment? Are you able to see data in any of the other Customer Voice tables, such as the survey and its questions?

Confirmed that the power automate flow, dataverse, and excel getdata query are all from the same environment. Power Automate flow sees the incoming surveys with zero issue. Excel query also can see the data with no problem on multiple tables. It's only when I attempt to look up the question via the PA flow / Dataverse that it comes up empty.
