File Data Type is only usable in On-premises. how to use it for SAAS?

You can not use any your local machine path in Saas version, instead use SFTP or Azure blob storage to get your file in BC and process it, or use xmlport to read the file manually and process it.

What you want to achieve? File is only for used OnPrem version, for Saas we have file Management codeunit, but most of the function from this codeunit fo OnPrem version.
