Hi,

I would like to know what is the funtionality of billing and purchases orders addresses in the supplier.

I have configured inside the supplier, here:

But once im in the purchase invoice im not seeing any place where i can see this directions.

Hi,

The “Direcciones pedido” (Order Addresses) and “Direcciones de facturacion” (Billing Addresses) you configured on the vendor card are alternative addresses for ordering and invoicing. They are not shown by default on the Purchase Invoice page because the page uses the main address from the vendor card unless you explicitly select an alternative.

To use them:

> On a Purchase Order or Purchase Invoice, go to the Shipping and Payment FastTab.
> In the Buy-from Vendor No. field, select your vendor.
> Then choose Order Address Code (for “Direcciones pedido”) or Pay-to Vendor No. and Pay-to Address Code (for “Direcciones de facturacion”).
> These fields let you pick from the alternative addresses you set up.

> If you don’t see these fields, personalize the page and add Order Address Code and Pay-to Address Code. They are hidden by default on some localized layouts.

For Purchase Invoice

Check Alternate Vendor Addres code

Concept is simple to have a multiple addresses for a single vendor. It may be either from the vendor card or the other address of the vendor if you wish to pick, If you choose this then this will be printed over Reports.

On the vendor card, you can define multiple order addresses. On the PO, if you select that address in the Alternate Address code, the Bill-to Address reflects that address.

Hi @GA-15070752-0,

The equivalent terms for those fields are typically:

Ship-to Address > “Dirección de envío”
Remit-to Address > “Dirección de pago”

These correspond to the Order Address Code and Pay-to Address Code fields in the Purchase Order page.

They are usually found under the Shipping and Payment FastTab.
