SmartConnect PM and AA map failing to set AA Code

I have created a SmartConnect map which successfully creates a PM Batch, PM Transaction, and PM distribution lines.  I am attempting to create multiple AA records per distribution line.   The current result successfully creates aaSubLedgerHdr, aaSubLedgerDist, and aaSubLederAssign records (when viewed through a SmartList created to simply view all fields of the corresponding tables).

HOWEVER, the aaSubLedgerCode records created do not have the expected aaTrxCodeID (they have a 0 value).   The aaTrxDimIDs appear correct.

The only anomaly I can see when compared to similar records created via manual entry of a similar transaction si that the field aaSubLedgerDist.aaVendID is not being set during the SmartConnect run of the Map.   However, I do not see a mapping field available to place such a value.

GP2013 SP1.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I believe aaVendID would just populate from the VendorID you are using for the Payables Transaction, so not sure setting it is necessary or even possible. Do the Dimension Codes you are supplying already exist? Or are you expecting them to be created on the fly? I'm unfamiliar with SmartConnect, but I do know that with eConnect you are able to supply either the TrxDimID/TrxDimCodeID pair, or alternatively, the TrxDim/TrxDimCode pair - which are just the descriptive values rather than the IDs. Perhaps try using the latter as it sounds like you're using the IDs.

    Thanks Frank.   I am passing TrxDim/TrxDimCode.   In the aaSubLedgerHdrID records are created for each valid TrxDimID with TrxDimID getting properly but the TrxDimCodeID is getting set to 0.  If I had access to eConnect directly and had access to the actual SQL database to lookup values, I am sure I could get it to work.  Unfortunately, I am stuck using solely SmartConnect (which is simply an user-friendly front end which passes data to eConnect.
