For one of our users the envelope next to the email field on a contact record is no longer opening an outlook draft to that contact. They are having to copy/paste the email address, go into outlook, create new email, paste email address. Not a really big deal in the grand scheme of things but they are set in their ways and don't like these extra steps. Not sure if it is a outlook plugin issue, a internet browser issue (edge) or something else.
Any ideas on what could have caused this to stop working for this user?
