The new pricing model reflects the revised storage costings however, how will the current cost per Gb migrate to the new model? and will this have an affect on licence cost ?

Well, I think that for this approach, the best thing you should do is really engage the Licencing Team, so they can explain you all that.
Each case is a case and the information that someone can give you may not be an example for you environment.

Thank you for your response. I have the licence team involved but it seems to be a grey area which surprises me hence reaching out as we can't be the only company facing this.
