i needed to come up with an equation or code where by someone wants a total of 16 entitlement a month and it schould not be more than 8 in a week and it runs for the whole year.
i decide to open the entitlement for 16 total monthly and i was thinking if there is a way to automate it for the rest of the year.
any suggestion will help thank you

I would suggest you to create a tool that run every weeks to generate/renew the entitlement automatically. You can use below request .

1. ) You create an indicator for weekly generation or montly genration.
2.) bring forward the remaining term from last entitlement ( if applicable).
