No Microsoft Dynamics 365 user exists with the specified domain name and user ID

I've only two users in Dynamics CRM 365 (on-prem) CRM Admin and test user. Both users are available in Active Directory and are member of ReportingGroup and Doamin Users. Both have Sys. Admin user role in Dynamics CRM. CRM Admin is working fine while test user is not working and ended up with following exception. Any idea how to resolve this?

    Using CRM System Admin Account, I created test user and assign it System Admin Role.

    if user is to access crm, and entry will be created in systemuser entity. Am I missing something.

    there is no record created in CRM,

    Hi, quick fix can be, you can temporarily update user record in D365, give it to another AD user. Then update it again(use that original AD user this time). On the second update, the link between CRM and AD will be restored.
