Field Level Security Code

Trying to Create Field Level Security Code  - Customer - Read Only (Using Easy Security and them sending to Live)

But I get this message:

Any Advice on how to do it? Maybe I missed something?

    Field Level and Data Security Setup page is where you need to be looking--and look at it in both this company and the live company. You want your live company to look like this:

    Hi, appliwin is right, this is not a standard feature, you need to contact the partner of this Add on.

    this is an add on and you need to reach out to the ISV. however, it seems a row is missing information. and you need to check where the missing value is required.
