Trying to Create Field Level Security Code - Customer - Read Only (Using Easy Security and them sending to Live)

But I get this message:

Any Advice on how to do it? Maybe I missed something?

this is an add on and you need to reach out to the ISV. however, it seems a row is missing information. and you need to check where the missing value is required.
