Can anyone point me to some basic guides for using VBA functions with Report Writer? I have found a ton of resources out there but could really use a basic step by step guide to help me understand how it all ties together.

Please go to GP installation folder or Dexterity installed folder, in Documentation folder there must be PDF named as VBA programmer guide & Report Writer
Also you can refer David Musgrave Topic & L Vail book for additional reference.
Leslie Vail's book "Developing Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Applications" will help us to know more detail about the development tools of Dynamics GP. Please have a look on the below link.

I believe his post guided me through the entire process the first time I had to use VBA with RR.
