Hi:

What are some reasons as to why the Contact Insights and the New buttons in Outlook are not automatically adding new contacts and tracking e-mails sent from Outlook to contacts already in Business Central?

Hi, I have recently seen some questions about Excel add-in and Outlook add-in needing to be re-set after upgrading to BC21.

Hello,

Depending how you are creating them, they may be created as person contacts of an associated company. Tracking Emails is done via Email logging or are you talking about a different scenario?
