What are some reasons as to why the Contact Insights and the New buttons in Outlook are not automatically adding new contacts and tracking e-mails sent from Outlook to contacts already in Business Central?

Hello,
Depending how you are creating them, they may be created as person contacts of an associated company. Tracking Emails is done via Email logging or are you talking about a different scenario?
