Scan Customer QR code on a exhibition / fair

Hi, 

At a fair I will scan a visitor's QR code with the Dynamics 365 CRM app on my phone  and display the result in the fields First name, Last name, Company, Address, E-mail ...
In the same way as scanning a business card using the business card reader function

Is it possible and how ?

    Hoi,

    I received the exact same request from my customer.

    I tried it with the barcode scanner (  community.dynamics.com/.../read-barcode-value-using-barcode-scanner-control-in-dynamics-365  ) but unfortunately couldn't get it to work in the modern UI.

    That's why I can't say if he can scan a QR code.

    I haven't seen such solution. Probably I would create a simple Canvas App with a camera control on it. That can scan a QR code.
