Migrating data from Business Contact Manager to CRM Online

Per http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/crm/using/configure/chooseimport.mspx#ESF, I used the Data Migration Manager for this task:

  1. Exported BCM data into accounts.csv, contacts.csv (only option to export BCM data is CSV).
  2. Open Data Migration Manager
  3. Select "start a migration"
  4. Select "create a new migration from" Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager
  5. Data Migration Wizard opens
  6. Get Started: select "Express", Next
  7. Specify Migration Name: accept the defaults, Next
  8. Select Files: add accounts.csv and contacts.csv, Next
  9. Delimiters: accept the defaults, Next
  10. Validating Files returns the following error: http://www.mikeduffy.com/mike/error.jpg (in other words, the validation fails, but no errors are shown).

At this point, it is impossible to proceed with the import, since "Next" is disabled.  Any tips are appreciated.

    I appreciate your quick response, Purwar, but I'm afraid I need more details.  What add-ons are you referring to?  This is a completely fresh Dynamics CRM Online account, and a standard install of Outlook 2007 + Business Contacts Manager.  I haven't installed any add-ons.
