Record count not showing for account entity CRM online

Dear Communities,

I cannot able to see record count in bottom of the page in left corner in account entity but i can able to see in Lead entity.

Is this expected behavior? or bug? if so how we can workaround?

    Hi Dan,

    No this is not expected and it also doesn't seem like a bug as its working fine for my organization. Can you try different browser/user and see if it works.

    Also, check in debug console(F12) if you are getting any javascript error message.

    Is this editable grid ?

    For editable grid this is expected behaviour.

    I agree with Goutam. If its editable grid then it is expected. Share a full screenshot if possible.

    Hi Goutam,

    Yes, editable grid enabled for this entity. After disabling its works fine!

    Is there any custom way to show record count? since we want record count as well editable grid feature also

    Hi Dan,

    You can use javaScript to count the records.

    Check this : community.dynamics.com/.../count-total-subgrid-records-in-dynamics-crm-using-javascript
